On the afternoon of October 28, the Rach Kien Commune Police, Tay Ninh Province, invited parents, some students, and related people to the headquarters to work, take statements, and verify the case of two women (including the mother of a female student) who broke into Rach Kien High School and assaulted a teacher because they suspected him of sending intimate messages to a female student.
Also this afternoon, representatives of Rach Kien Secondary School reported the incident to the Department of Education and Training of Tay Ninh province and coordinated with the Police Investigation Agency to clarify the matter.

According to the report, on October 20, Ms. VTKC (Vice Principal of the school) received a text message from Ms. PTHL (teacher of the school), reflecting that student NTTL (female student of class 10A7) was "doing bad things" to a male teacher.
On October 21, Ms. C. invited L. to her office to investigate. L. said that Mr. NVT (National Defense Education teacher) had sent intimate messages and had physically touched L. After the meeting, L. wanted the matter to stop so she could focus on her studies.
After reviewing L.'s report and wishes, the school board had a meeting with Mr. NVT, who had sent intimate messages to L., and asked Mr. T. to stop his inappropriate behavior towards L. and not let the incident continue.

At the meeting, Mr. T. admitted to exchanging intimate messages but denied any physical contact. Mr. T. admitted his mistake, wrote a self-criticism, and pledged to end all contact with student L. The school counseling board discussed with student L., and the student agreed with the school's handling of the matter.
On the afternoon of October 27, two women (including L.'s biological mother) came to the school and asked the security guard to let them in, saying they were "discussing their child's studies". However, when they were allowed into the school grounds, the two women rushed straight to the equipment room and assaulted Mr. T. and those who tried to stop them. The school immediately reported to the Rach Kien Commune Police to clarify and handle the situation.
At the meeting, the two women stated that after reading the text messages between Mr. T. and female student L., they went to the school to cause the incident. However, the assault had not yet reached a serious level. Rach Kien Commune Police coordinated with the school's Board of Directors to continue to clarify and take action.
