Currently, middle school and high school teachers have to keep many types of books: teacher's education plan; lesson plan; student monitoring and evaluation book; homeroom book. Teachers believe that only lesson plan; student monitoring and evaluation book is enough for teachers to have more time to research and invest in lessons and innovate teaching methods.

At the same time, the Ministry of Education and Training needs to cut down on movements and competitions that are too formal like "acting", such as the movement for good teachers, good homeroom teachers, etc.

Up to now, teachers still have many concerns about the 2018 General Education Program. For example, there is a shortage of teachers to teach integrated subjects: history and geography; natural sciences . This reality makes teachers expect early changes in integrated teaching.
