The homeowner in Bao Loc City, Lam Dong , built a 4-bedroom house located in a quiet, spacious suburb with lots of green space to replace the old house which was close to the center, cramped and bustling.

The new house is located on a 6,000m2 plot of land (construction area 260m2) with a slight slope of about 12 degrees, overlooking the Dong Nai River and the majestic Dai Binh mountain.

The environment here is very fresh, quiet and cool with many perennial fruit trees.

Each item in the house meets the basic needs of a family of 5 (parents and 3 children), while also bringing unique artistic value.

Architect Tran Ngoc Thach and the design team created a building with bold sculptural shapes to blend in with the surrounding landscape and nature.

The proposed solution is to free up the column structure and minimize the ground floor walls to allow greenery to penetrate deep into the building, as well as limit interference with the ground.

Indoor spaces always ensure light and air circulation through openings such as glass doors and skylights.

The living room, dining room and bedroom are arranged facing south and southwest to take advantage of the valley view with many beautiful landscapes and Dai Binh mountain 2km away.

The main highlight of the project lies in the load-bearing structure system inspired by bridge beams.

The architect minimizes the impact on the ground, as well as giving the project a free layout with unique and aesthetic shapes.

The house uses a bright white background as the main theme, combining natural materials such as washed stone, granite, glass bricks, and natural wood so that users always have the best close, emotional experiences and connections with nature.

The glass door system is arranged on 4 sides of the house, providing light and wind for all living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms...

The architect also used a round glass roof system to allow natural light to shine from the glass roof down to the ground floor, ensuring that the kitchen, laundry room and ground floor bathroom are always filled with natural light and creating unique and interesting lighting effects.

To create more landscape, the homeowner planted some fruit trees and colorful flowers around the house.
