On the evening of April 30, a special art program celebrating the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South will be held at the Xu Dong Cultural Center Square. This is an important highlight in the series of events, organized by the Provincial Cultural and Art Center in collaboration with Hai Duong Cheo Theater, bringing together unique art performances, recalling the heroic spirit of the day the country was reunified.
Previously, from April 25, at the Provincial Exhibition House (No. 109 Pham Ngu Lao, Hai Duong City), an exhibition of documentary photos, news and propaganda posters will open to celebrate major holidays in April and May. The exhibition will last until May 20. This is an opportunity for the public to look back at the historical, cultural and outstanding achievements of the province through each period.
On the evening of April 29 and the morning of April 30, at the Provincial Cultural and Artistic Center, health clubs, dance clubs, table tennis clubs and many other sports will organize exchanges and performances. This is a healthy playground, contributing to improving spiritual life and connecting the community.
On this occasion, the Provincial Center for Culture and Arts will implement a propaganda art program in districts, towns and cities in the area, combined with propaganda by mobile vehicles and visual exhibitions.
In addition, towards the anniversary of the liberation of the South and national reunification, this weekend (April 26 and 27), at the walking street and Bach Dang night market (Hai Duong city), many attractive activities will take place.
The above series of activities is not only an opportunity for Hai Duong people to show gratitude to the nation's heroic past but also contributes to arousing pride, solidarity and new momentum for the province's development in the present and future.
