The support package worth 2.2 billion VND was implemented by Ý Yên district ( Nam Định ) for 12 months in 2025 from socialized sources; the support beneficiaries are Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, single people, blind people, and people with disabilities in difficult circumstances.
On the occasion of welcoming the spring of At Ty 2025, on January 24, the District Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Y Yen district coordinated with Dai Phong Infrastructure Construction Joint Stock Company to organize a program to give Tet gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, lonely people, blind people, and people with disabilities in especially difficult circumstances in the locality.
At the event, the district and the sponsoring unit announced the plan to implement the 2025 Social Security Support Program for cases of Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, lonely people, blind people, and people with disabilities in especially difficult circumstances in the locality. The total implementation cost is more than 2.2 billion VND.
Accordingly, the program will support 375 people in the above cases in Ý Yên district with 500,000 VND per month, lasting 12 months in 2025.
Right at the program, the district and sponsors presented 375 Tet gifts and support funds for January and February 2025 to eligible recipients.
Sharing at the program, the representative of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Y Yen district acknowledged that the above support program has many practical meanings, contributing to the implementation of policies and guidelines to ensure social security, "no one is left behind", especially during the coming of Tet and spring.
