Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Le (Binh Son commune) shared that, watching on TV and social networking sites, she was very moved when witnessing Gia Lai province (formerly Binh Dinh) submerged in a vast sea of water. Many houses were flooded up to the roof, people were on the roof, waiting for rescue forces in heavy rain. Although her house is far away, when she heard about this activity, she and a few friends went there to contribute. Personally wrapping gifts including instant noodles, boiled eggs, milk, cakes, drinks... to deliver to people in flooded areas, she could not hold back her emotions. "I hope these gifts will soon be delivered to people so that they can feel warm, have less immediate difficulties, and be more optimistic when the Central region always follows and accompanies everyone" - Ms. Le confided.

In Gia Lai, there is a “Zero-dong Rescue Team” from Quang Ngai on duty. Their task is to closely monitor the area, update the flood situation and damage in the locality; grasp the actual needs of people in heavily flooded and long-term isolated areas; promptly compile a list and plan support.

According to Ms. Doan Thi Hat (Nghia Lo Ward, Quang Ngai), with the spirit of "The whole leaves cover the torn leaves", the volunteer group has called on and mobilized organizations, individuals, units, philanthropists... to support and donate necessities. The group is really happy because in just 3 days, it has received more than 7 tons of goods. These goods will be divided equally by the members, packaged into gifts based on the list sent by the "Zero Dong Rescue Team". The driver will be in charge of transporting the goods to Gia Lai, connecting many different channels to deliver gifts to the people. Each gift is full of affection from the homeland of Quang Ngai - a place that has experienced many storms and floods and received timely relief shipments.
