After many hours of raging, storm No. 5 left serious consequences for Ha Tinh province, the power grid was paralyzed, roads and infrastructure were destroyed, and the environment was in disarray due to broken and fallen trees.
Immediately after the storm, 400 cadres, workers and electrical engineers from provinces such as Phu Tho, Thai Nguyen, Quang Ninh, Bac Ninh , Da Nang, Quang Tri and Gia Lai quickly arrived in Ha Tinh. With experience, techniques and a sense of urgency, this force coordinated with Ha Tinh Electricity Company to repair and replace hundreds of electric poles, fix problems on the medium and low voltage grid, and make efforts to restore power to residential areas, hospitals and schools.

Mr. Huynh Tan Anh - Chu Se Power Operation Management Team, Gia Lai Province said: "We consider Ha Tinh's difficulties as our own. Without electricity, people's lives will be very difficult, so we try our best to restore electricity soon so that people can stabilize their lives."
Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh, a resident of Thanh Sen ward, shared: “After the storm, the whole neighborhood was littered with trees and the electricity was completely out. But just one day later, I saw electricity workers and many forces from far away provinces working all night to restore it. I was really touched and grateful.”

30 workers from Hanoi Green Parks Company Limited and Dong Ha Urban Environment Company (Quang Tri) were also present to support Ha Tinh.
Workers coordinated with local forces to collect and transport waste, clean up thousands of fallen trees on inner-city roads, residential areas, and schools, contributing to quickly restoring a green - clean - beautiful appearance to the city.

Mr. Nguyen Duy Trung - a worker at Hanoi Green Parks Company Limited shared: "The work is very hard, but seeing the roads in Ha Tinh gradually cleared and cleaned up again, the lives of Ha Tinh people starting to return to normal, we feel warm and have more strength."
In recent days, images of specialized vehicles and groups of workers in orange and blue shirts working tirelessly in harsh weather, regardless of hardship, have become a spiritual support for people in storm-hit areas.
The timely and kind support of forces from many provinces and cities not only contributed to helping Ha Tinh quickly overcome the consequences of natural disasters, but also demonstrated the spirit of solidarity and sharing in difficult times - a fine tradition of the Vietnamese people. Thanks to that cooperation, up to now, many roads have been cleared, the power grid has been basically restored, the environment has gradually stabilized, helping people's lives soon return to normal.
