Accordingly, farmers' associations at all levels have promoted propaganda and mobilized farmers to participate in building new rural areas in many specific forms, as well as many practical activities. As a result, associations at all levels have mobilized members to contribute more than 209 billion VND, donate more than 147 thousand square meters of land, more than 67 thousand working days to build and repair 972 km of rural roads, solidify 448 km of irrigation canals, and build 128 new bridges and drainage culverts. At the same time, more than 1 thousand electricity works have been built and nearly 34.8 thousand medical and educational works have been renovated and repaired; 177 rural environmental protection models have been consolidated. Farmers' participation in building rural infrastructure has created a driving force to promote trade, develop production, improve material and spiritual life, contribute to shifting the economic and labor structure, and attract businesses to invest in rural areas.

The movement of the whole people uniting to build a cultural life has been widely deployed. The association at all levels has mobilized members to build cultural families; practice civilized lifestyles in weddings, funerals, festivals, etc. From the movement, many typical examples have emerged, creating a strong influence, gradually changing the awareness and actions of farmers in building new rural areas in the area.
