Accordingly, the emulation movement for good production and business is continuing to develop in both breadth and depth, spreading in many fields of cultivation, animal husbandry, aquaculture, small-scale industry and services, becoming the focus of economic and social life in rural areas. The movement has created a driving force to attract, encourage and motivate members and farmers to enthusiastically compete in labor and production, innovate their thinking and working methods, strive to get rich, help poor households escape poverty; actively shift the structure of crops, livestock, and crop seasons, exploit the potential and strengths of land, labor and capital to invest in production development; boldly apply scientific and technical advances and new technologies to the production, processing and preservation of agricultural products. He invested in buying 5 large-sized land preparation machines, 1 land milling machine, 1 seeding machine, 3 rice harvesting machines of various types to serve production and provided land preparation, seeding, and harvesting services for farmers. In pig farming, he added herbs to the feed processing stage, helping pigs increase their resistance and produce delicious, superior meat quality. With a herd of 500 pigs, the farm sells an average of 70-80 tons of commercial pork each year. He also joined with other pig farmers with the same interest to establish a Cooperative Group for the production of sows and pigs, on that basis, building a biodiversity livestock cooperative with 13 members, regularly meeting, sharing experiences, helping each other in production and life... In Truc Tuan commune, Mr. Tran Van Dung has been successful for many years with a circular economic model combining frog and tilapia farming with rice cultivation, mainly ST25 and Bac Thom varieties. From 2022, he began to accumulate land for rice cultivation and aquaculture with a total area of 10 hectares; of which 9 hectares are for rice cultivation, 1 hectare for frog and tilapia farming. Annually, rice output reaches 93 tons; frog output is about 80 tons, tilapia 13 tons. Income after deducting expenses is about 350 million VND/year; creating jobs for 4 regular workers and 10 seasonal workers with a salary of 6 million VND/person/month.
