Recently, netizens shared a video recording a middle-aged woman climbing a railing and taking a photo in a precarious position, attracting a lot of interaction.
In the video, the woman wears a long dress and a scarf, standing precariously on the railing, with a majestic mountain and forest scene behind her.
Despite the potential risks, she seemed excited. Meanwhile, her friends around her enthusiastically supported and guided her on how to pose.
The video quickly received thousands of comments. Many people said that taking photos at such a height was reckless, with the potential risk of losing balance and leading to unfortunate accidents.

Sharing with Dan Tri reporter, Mr. Trieu - a taxi driver in Son La - said that the video was recorded by him on the morning of September 24, while he was resting at a coffee shop in Ta Xua.
According to Mr. Trieu, the woman who climbed onto the railing to take a photo was a member of a group of about 50 tourists visiting Ta Xua.
“As soon as she entered the shop and saw the beautiful scenery, the woman climbed up the railing, which was less than 1 meter high, to pose and capture memories amidst the majestic nature.
Seeing the strange action, I took out my phone to record it and posted it online for everyone to see. In fact, under the railing was a cement floor, not a deep abyss or a safety net as many people speculated,” Mr. Trieu shared.

In response to mixed opinions from netizens, Mr. Trieu said that climbing up the railing to pose does not make the photo more beautiful as many people think. The person holding the camera stands low, while the customer posing is high up. The photo taken is mainly of the sky, not showing the full beauty of the surrounding scenery.
"In my opinion, this pose is meaningless. There is no need to climb so high. If not careful, the customer could fall backwards and cause danger," he said.
In fact, many tourists have encountered danger when choosing precarious positions to take photos.
In March 2023, a Western tourist fell while taking photos at the " Ha Giang death cliff". The reason was that the tourist slipped and fell about 2 meters. When taken to the hospital, the British tourist was injured in the left leg, bleeding profusely.
Ta Xua is 240km from Hanoi, has a cool climate all year round, and is famous as a beautiful cloud hunting spot from October to April.
To hunt clouds in Ta Xua, visitors should check the weather forecast and choose a day with low temperatures at night and high temperatures during the day, and it must be sunny. Determine the direction of sunrise at the cloud hunting location to get the best angles.
You should not travel to Ta Xua at night, and you should not go in large groups. Ask and bargain when going by motorbike taxi.
The cost per person for two days and one night is about 1.5 to 2 million VND. During the Tet holiday, guests should book early because this place is often fully booked. Ta Xua can only serve 700-800 tourists at a time.
