Facing the flood situation, on the evening of September 11, Hung Yen province issued a level 3 alert on the left dike of the Red River. Currently, the entire residential area outside the dike is submerged in water, with some places being nearly 2 meters deep.

The force on duty to respond to rain and floods in Phung Cong commune, Van Giang district came to rescue people's property.

Van Giang district mobilized more than 6,000 households in the area outside the beach to evacuate to a safe area. The evacuation took place on the night of September 11.
