According to the agreement, Duc Minh Cooperative handed over to PC Dak Nong the low voltage grid assets with a total line length of 53,443km. This is the part invested before February 12, 2009, subject to handover according to Joint Circular 32/2013 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Finance .
PC Dak Nong will receive the project as is to continue operating and providing electricity to local people.
In addition, for the assets not subject to handover, the two parties agreed to let PC Dak Nong temporarily borrow them to serve the purpose of selling electricity. The company is responsible for reviewing, making an investment plan according to a suitable roadmap and returning the assets to the Cooperative afterwards.

Duc Minh Cooperative will handle violations of the power grid corridor, provide an accurate list of customers and coordinate to close meter readings from June 12-20, 2025. At the same time, the Cooperative is responsible for notifying all customers and coordinating to support related work.
PC Dak Nong commits not to increase capital, not to return the transferred investment capital and will develop a plan to renovate and upgrade the power grid according to regulations. In case the cooperative is dissolved, the People's Committee of Duc Minh commune will report to the competent authorities to handle the return of assets.

Dak Mil District People's Committee and Duc Minh Commune People's Committee will supervise and support the handover process and create conditions for the Electricity sector to invest and upgrade infrastructure after receiving.
After receiving the project, people will be able to use electricity at prices regulated by the State, while benefiting from improved electricity quality, contributing to local economic and social development.
