This year's Vietnamese music scene on March 8th lacked the surprising, visually stunning music videos with powerful messages seen last year, and instead focused on shows and albums celebrating International Women's Day. Among these, however, were some high-quality productions.

Last year, the International Women's Day music scene saw a surge of artists releasing music videos simultaneously: Bich Phuong (with "Nang Chen Tieu Sau "), rapper Suboi ( "Dau Thien Ha" ), Son Tung M-TP (" Chung Ta Cua Tuong Lai "), Hoang Ton (" Say "), MCK ( "Khong Quan Trong "), Phuc Du (" De Cho Anh Cua "), Cao Thai Son ( "Chang Sao Ca "), etc.
There are quite a few music videos that are well-produced, have good ideas, and receive a lot of public attention.
However, this year, the music video market seems rather quiet. There's a lack of products that make a splash in the mainstream music market. Nevertheless, there are some quality products and shows.

On her personal Facebook page, Huynh Khanh Vy, wife of musician Phan Manh Quynh, jokingly said: "To celebrate International Women's Day on March 8th, my husband released a music video honoring men. We've been arguing since this afternoon, but I still had to share ' From These Hands '."

After four days of release, the music video " From This Hand" has garnered nearly 1.5 million views. Many believe that Phan Manh Quynh was "overshadowed" by Hoa Minzy's " Bac Bling " music video, which was released on March 1st, due to its release date.
Singer Thanh Lam surprised music lovers with her return to the music scene with the album "Cuon Phim" (The Film), a collaboration with composer Nguyen Vinh Tien and arranger Tran Duc Minh.
At the same time, the artist also released the music video "Tướng phu thê" ( Husband and Wife), which was praised by viewers for its simplicity and humor. The music video features the acting of his younger brother Tùng Dương and his husband, doctor Bùi Tiến Hùng.
It was surprising because it had been 5 years since her last album of revolutionary songs , "Where Love Meets," that Thanh Lam released her own product. The artist chose to release the album on March 8th to honor women.
According to musician Nguyen Vinh Tien, this album "features Thanh Lam's deep, precious voice telling, painting, and blending stories in a deeply emotional and captivating way." The album also features guest singers Tung Duong, Ha Tran, and Ali Hoang Duong.

On the evening of March 3rd, singer Ha Anh Tuan released the audio version of his song "Dear, Memory " (Vietnamese title: Memories of Roses ) on online music platforms in Vietnam.
This is the latest track from the album project Sketch a Rose , composed and produced by Korean pianist Yiruma.
This song is a letter recalling the sweet memories of youth, the warm moments of past love.
Sharing his thoughts on his latest work, Yiruma said: "I'm very excited to introduce to the audience the work we've dedicated to this special occasion in March. It will surely be a wonderful gift."
The live concert "Sketch a Rose in Saigon," featuring Yiruma, Ha Anh Tuan, Lam Truong, and Quang Hung MasterD, will take place on March 8th and 9th in Ho Chi Minh City. Prior to this, concerts in Singapore and Australia were also successful and garnered significant attention.

Meanwhile, Hoang Dung, Tang Duy Tan, Rhymastic, Tu Long, Soobin, Cuong Seven, and MC Thanh Trung all gathered for the "Love Station" concert: A Time-Space Promise on the evening of March 8th at the Athletics Stadium (My Dinh, Hanoi).
The concert concept was based on the idea of a ship sailing through multiple time zones.
The script consists of four chapters, which are also four stops, representing four stages of love that everyone may have experienced or will experience. The artists will appear at these stops to tell their love stories to the audience.
According to the organizers, at the same time in Hanoi , Thinh Suy will reunite with his audience in the "One Drunken Night" concert, featuring surprising hit song swaps.

On March 8th, in Ho Chi Minh City, the Center for Vietnamese Studies (Fulbright University Vietnam) and the family of musician Trinh Cong Son organized a concert titled "Trinh Returns to Mother's Arms ," commemorating the musician's mother. The event featured saxophone artist Tran Manh Tuan and singers Duc Tuan, Duong Tan Son, Le Viet Thu, Vinh Tam, and others.
She was the one who inspired and nurtured his musical soul, from which timeless melodies were born, touching the hearts of many generations.
