In the recently aired podcast Arlene Is Alone , Sophie Grégoire candidly shared her reaction to a series of emotional news about her ex-husband.

When asked how she managed to stay calm about Justin's new relationship, Sophie admitted that she also experienced many different emotions when she first heard the news. However, she chose to stay positive and civilized.

“We are human and everything can affect our emotions. But your reaction is your choice. So I choose to listen to music instead of getting caught up in the noise,” she said.

Sophie says she now wants to focus on personal development: “I know there are a lot of things out there that can be provocative, but who I become is entirely up to me.”

The former TV host emphasized that she chose to face the story of Mr. Justin having a new love with a respectful attitude, allowing herself to fully experience her emotions but still putting the interests of her children first.

“My ex-husband and I took care of and raised our children together after the divorce. We always put our children first. I am not a single mother. My children have a father who loves them very much and is willing to do everything for them,” she shared.

Talking about life after divorce, Sophie said the two still maintain connection to support each other in raising children.

“Family is the most wonderful thing to us. Even though we go on different paths, we still raise that family together. Life is not always easy, but it is a journey of growth,” she said.

Sophie and Justin Trudeau married in 2005 and have three children: Xavier (18), Ella-Grace (16) and Hadrien (11). They divorced in 2023.

Katy Perry, one of the most prominent pop icons of the 2010s, is busy with her global tour. She performed in Vietnam in December 2023.

In her personal life, Katy has been divorced twice. Last June, she confirmed her split from actor Orlando Bloom after nearly 10 years together. The two have a 5-year-old daughter, Daisy Dove, and agreed to jointly raise the child.
