The contest will be held from April 2025 to September 2025 for team members, teenagers and children studying and living in primary and secondary school teams; palaces, children's houses, and youth activity centers nationwide.

Speaking at the program, comrade Le Anh Quan, Vice President of the Central Council of the Young Pioneers, said that this is one of the major activities of Vietnamese children to celebrate the 84th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers. The contest is not only an opportunity for children to express their love for their homeland and country, but also an opportunity to return to their roots, listen to historical stories, and foster gratitude and aspiration to build the country.
“From the deep, profound and solemn melodies of the National Anthem resounding at historical sites, love for the Fatherland will be strongly spread among you - the generation of big dreams, big aspirations and great responsibilities, ready to contribute to making Vietnam a developed and powerful country by 2045 as the goal that our Party, State and people are aiming for”, Comrade Le Anh Quan emphasized.
The Central Council of the Young Pioneers believes that with their creativity, innocence and enthusiasm, young pioneers and children across the country will have many quality and meaningful entries, leaving a deep impression and strongly spreading the spirit of patriotism in the community.

Accordingly, individuals and groups of contestants participating in the contest, based on their conditions, will create a video clip singing the National Anthem at red addresses. Specifically, contestants need to introduce relics and red addresses associated with important historical events and milestones of the country, the Party, the Youth Union, the Young Pioneers or the locality.
In addition, candidates introduce places associated with famous people and national heroes, especially encouraged to introduce young heroes in the history of building and defending the country of the nation and the locality such as: Ly Tu Trong, Vo Thi Sau, Kim Dong, Vu A Dinh...
