The emulation movement focuses on key contents: Propaganda and education to raise awareness and responsibility for digital transformation; investment in digital infrastructure; promoting the application of science and technology in performing military , defense and administrative reform tasks; building digital agencies and digital units. At the same time, widely deploy the movement "Digital popular education", popularize digital knowledge and skills for officers and soldiers with the motto "those who know guide those who do not know", organize activities such as "Digital practice hour", "Digital skills festival".

Colonel Huynh Van Khoi, Political Commissar of An Giang Provincial Military Command launched the emulation movement.

The movement will be implemented from 2025-2030, divided into two phases. Phase 1: 2025-2027 and Phase 2: 2027-2030. The target set for 2025 is that more than 80% of professional staff will understand digital transformation, digital knowledge and skills, be able to use digital platforms and services for work; be able to use smart devices to exploit information, use essential digital platforms and services, and know how to protect themselves in the digital environment. By 2026, 100% of professional staff will become digital citizens. In the 2027-2030 period, 100% of staff will master digital technology and new technologies such as AI, IoT, Big Data, semiconductors, satellite information, etc.

Agencies and units of the An Giang Provincial Military signed a competition agreement.

At the ceremony, representatives of agencies and units under the Provincial Military Command signed an emulation covenant, demonstrating their determination to successfully achieve the set goals.
