At the festival, delegates reviewed the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam National United Front. The inter-village Party Secretary reported on some outstanding socio -economic results of the three villages in 2025. Accordingly, the Phieng Pang - Phieng Tien - Na Khuy inter-village has 187 households with 873 people of three ethnic groups: Lao, Lu, and Khang. With the spirit of solidarity, creativity and high determination, in 2025, the people of the three villages achieved many remarkable results: Fresh tea bud output reached 740 tons; total food crop planting area of 95 hectares, output of 510 tons; average income reached 46 million VND/person/year; poverty rate reduced to 12.8%.

Performing arts at the festival.

The movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" has been widely deployed. Currently, 3 villages have 158/187 households achieving the title of "Cultural Family" reaching a rate of 84.5%; Phieng Pang village has achieved "Cultural Village". 100% of school-age children go to school; 160/187 households have hygienic toilets that meet regulations. 3 villages have no cases of early marriage or incestuous marriage; traditional cultural identities of ethnic groups are preserved and promoted. Political security, social order and safety are maintained, the material and spiritual life of the people is constantly improved.

Speaking to encourage the people, Comrade Giang A Tinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged the efforts and solidarity of the people in economic development and building cultural life in residential areas. He emphasized that 2026 is a year of special significance - the first year of implementing the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress and the 15th Provincial Party Congress. He requested the Party Committees, authorities, the Fatherland Front of the communes and the people of the 3 villages to focus on performing well a number of tasks such as: Continuing to consolidate and promote the great national unity bloc, strengthening social consensus, building a united, civilized, prosperous and happy village. Promoting economic development, applying science and technology to production, especially developing high-quality tea trees; striving to increase the average income per capita to exceed 50 million VND/year, reducing the poverty rate. Building a new cultural life, taking care of education, health, protecting and taking care of children; protecting the environment, maintaining security and order. Strengthening the role of the Front Committee and mass organizations, doing a good job of propaganda and mobilizing people to participate in patriotic emulation movements, national target programs on new rural construction, sustainable poverty reduction...

On this occasion, on behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, Comrade Giang A Tinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee presented gifts of encouragement to representatives of 3 villages; presented warm clothes to 60 students in the area. Ban Bo Commune awarded the title of Cultural Village in 2025 to Phieng Pang Village; The Chairman of the Commune People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 4 households with outstanding achievements in the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" in 2024 of 3 villages: Phieng Pang - Phieng Tien - Na Khuy.

At the Festival, the emulation movement for 2026 was launched.

After the ceremony, delegates and people participated in the festival with folk games such as: stick pushing, blindfolded duck catching, and bamboo dancing.
