Dak Sak commune was established on the basis of merging 3 communes: Nam Xuan, Long Son and Dak Sak. Dak Sak Commune Public Administration Service Center is located at the headquarters of Long Son Commune People's Committee (old).
Dak Sak Commune has renovated the former meeting hall area to have enough space to serve the administrative procedure needs of the people.
From July 1 to July 23, the Center received 415 applications, mainly certification and civil status applications (232 applications). Most of the applications were processed on time, and no complaints from the people have arisen.

Truong Xuan Commune was established on the basis of merging Truong Xuan Commune and Nam N'Jang Commune. Truong Xuan Commune Public Administration Service Center is located at the headquarters of Truong Xuan Commune People's Committee (before the administrative unit arrangement), adjacent to Ho Chi Minh Road.
From July 1 to July 23, the center received 391 applications; of which, 212 were online and 179 were in person. This is one of the centers with a high rate of online applications being processed on time, reaching 95.7%.

Duc An commune was established on the basis of merging the entire Duc An town, Dak N'Drung commune and Nam Binh commune. Duc An commune's Public Administration Service Center is located at the One-Stop Department of Dak Song District People's Committee (before the administrative unit arrangement).
Duc An Commune Administrative Service Center has better facilities than Dak Sak and Truong Xuan. Every day, the Center receives an average of 100 - 120 applications.
The number of files submitted here is under the jurisdiction of Duc An commune and the Regional Land Registration Office Branch. The Center is always operating at full capacity.

In general, the public administrative service centers of all three communes operated normally in the initial phase, basically meeting the people's needs for administrative procedure settlement.
However, the centers are facing difficulties related to technical infrastructure connections, many of the utilized equipment do not meet the needs. Some communes still lack staff with expertise and digital transformation requirements.
Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Le Trong Yen acknowledged the difficulties arising from the reality raised by the communes. The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also acknowledged the efforts of the centers in the early stages of operating the two-level local government.

Currently, the Provincial People's Committee has assigned specialized departments to review, evaluate and provide equipment support to localities. The province has also sent hundreds of officials to support communes to meet the needs in the new situation.
“The province has acknowledged the objective problems and will gradually resolve them. However, the cadres and centers must change their mindset from performing duties to serving. A government that is close to the people must benefit the people and serve the people better,” emphasized comrade Le Trong Yen.
