Accompanying her were representatives of the Departments of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Health; Home Affairs; Finance; Construction; Science and Technology; leaders of the Quy Nhon Nam Ward People's Committee and the Provincial Tourism Association.

Through the survey, the 4 destinations in this tourist route are very close to the center, where there is a system of many convenient tourist accommodation facilities, especially coastal resorts. The surrounding cuisine is also very unique and rich, quite close to other tourist destinations... which is a favorable condition to connect tourists to increase their experience.

The tourist destinations of Ghenh Rang, Quy Hoa Leprosy Village, ICISE Center and the Center for Science Discovery and Innovation are the destinations that attract a large number of tourists to the province. The tour connecting these 4 points has been formed naturally through the visiting activities of domestic and foreign tourists.

Some travel agencies have exploited this tour, however the organization is not systematic and lacks cohesion. Tourists mainly visit for a short day; the number of visitors is concentrated at Ghenh Rang and the Center for Science Discovery and Innovation, while Quy Hoa Leprosy Village and ICISE Center still have few visitors stopping by due to the lack of route connection and specialized experience products. Besides, the services are still simple, there are no typical products to retain tourists and prolong the experience time.

With the orientation of linking the above 4 points into a special and unique thematic tourist route only in Quy Nhon Nam, creating a multi-dimensional experience from culture - health - science, combined with beach resort services, cuisine and scientific conferences.

To connect the 4 points of Ghenh Rang - Quy Hoa Leprosy Village - ICISE Center - Center for Scientific Discovery and Innovation into a special and unique thematic tourist route, only available in the Quy Nhon South area, creating a multi-dimensional experience from culture - health - science, combined with beach resort services, cuisine and scientific conferences, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thi Thanh Lich suggested that departments, branches and localities need to have close coordination, build local tourism products, and connect professionally to effectively exploit potentials, contributing to the overall tourism development of the province.

In particular, it is necessary to focus on building unique and rich cultural, educational and tourism products, while preserving the cultural identity and local specialties. For cultural and heritage tourism, it is necessary to exploit the values ​​of poetry, relics, and humanitarian history. Regarding healing tourism, it is possible to take advantage of the space of Quy Hoa Leprosy Village, Quy Nhon beach, and activities of meditation, therapy, and picnics...

Particularly for scientific and educational discovery tourism, it is necessary to focus on developing more tourism services at the International Center for Interdisciplinary Science and Education (ICISE) and the Center for Scientific Discovery and Innovation, in order to form unique tourism products with the province's own mark.

Therefore, he suggested that Quy Nhon Nam ward, Quy Hoa Central Leprosy and Dermatology Hospital and related units coordinate to develop a project to turn Quy Hoa Central Leprosy and Dermatology Hospital into a "Leprosy Museum" with historical, cultural and medical values. At the same time, it is necessary to link with other tourist attractions to form attractive tours in the future.
