Deputy police officer and 4 people saved a drowning person

On May 22, the People's Committee of Pho Quang Ward (Duc Pho Town, Quang Ngai Province) said that a drowning victim had just been rescued in the area.

Previously, at around 5:30 p.m. on May 21, while swimming at the beach of Hai Tan residential group (Pho Quang ward), Mr. Nguyen Minh Quan (born in 1955, in Pho Ninh ward) was swept away by waves.

At this time, hearing the cry for help, Senior Lieutenant Pham Trung Tien (Deputy Chief of Police of Pho Hoa Ward, Duc Pho Town) and 4 nearby residents swam out to rescue and brought the victim safely to shore.

After receiving first aid on the spot, Mr. Quan was transferred to the emergency room at Dang Thuy Tram General Hospital.

On the morning of May 22, the victim's health gradually recovered and he continued to be monitored and treated.
