At the regular public consultation session, Deputy Inspector General of the Government Duong Quoc Huy received two cases: Mr. Nguyen Dac Van, Mr. Nguyen Huu Chuc, Mr. Nguyen Duy Quang, and Mr. Nguyen Huu Trinh, representing over 200 households residing in Ren village, Canh Hung commune, Tien Du district, Bac Ninh province; and Mr. Vu Minh Nguyet, Mr. Vu Van Tuyen, and Mr. Vu Van Yen residing in Cach Bi commune, Que Vo district, Bac Ninh province.

After hearing the opinions presented by representatives of the citizens, the opinions of the leaders of the Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee, the opinions of the Head of the Central Citizen Reception Board Nguyen Hong Diep, and the opinions of representatives of the agencies attending the meeting, Deputy Inspector General of the Government Duong Quoc Huy emphasized that these are cases of complaints, denunciations, petitions, and feedback involving many people, which are complex and protracted.

Citizens frequently submit petitions and visit the Central Citizen Reception Office. The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has directed relevant departments and agencies to consider, resolve, and respond to citizens. However, the case has not yet been resolved in accordance with the Law on Complaints and the Law on Denunciations. To date, the case has not been definitively resolved by the provincial authorities...

Accordingly, regarding the cases of Mr. Nguyen Dac Van, Mr. Nguyen Huu Chuc, Mr. Nguyen Duy Quang, and Mr. Nguyen Huu Trinh, Deputy Inspector General of the Government Duong Quoc Huy requested the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province to urgently direct relevant agencies to thoroughly review and resolve the cases in accordance with the Law on Complaints and the Law on Denunciations, ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of citizens as prescribed, preventing citizens from escalating their complaints, denunciations, petitions, and feedback to central agencies, and to report the results of the resolution to the Government Inspectorate before June 1, 2024.

Regarding the cases of Mr. Vu Minh Nguyet, Mr. Vu Van Tuyen, and Mr. Vu Van Yen, the Deputy Chief Inspector of the Government Inspectorate requested the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province to direct and resolve the matter definitively according to the conclusions and recommendations of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, preventing citizens from filing complaints, petitions, or reports to higher levels, and to report the results of the resolution to the Government Inspectorate before June 30, 2024.

On the part of the Government Inspectorate, Deputy Chief Inspector Duong Quoc Huy assigned the Central Citizen Reception Board to coordinate with Department I to monitor and urge the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province in resolving complaints, denunciations, requests, and feedback regarding the two aforementioned cases.
