On the morning of November 8, on the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the Vietnam Fatherland Front's Traditional Day (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2025), Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Policy and Strategy Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Women's National Assembly Deputies Group Nguyen Thuy Anh and the working delegation attended the National Great Unity Day and the 12th anniversary of Vietnam Law Day (November 9, 2013 - November 9, 2025) with the people at the residential area of ​​Ao U hamlet, Toan Thang commune, Phu Tho.

Reporting on the results of the task of building the great national unity bloc, the representative of Ao U hamlet said that in recent times, people have actively applied science and technology, transformed the structure of crops and livestock, typically the model: Raising sows; raising bees for honey; growing biomass corn for an income of over 250 million VND/ha/year. The spirit of helping each other in economic development is clearly demonstrated through sharing business experiences, helping each other with capital, seeds, and working days. In 2025, the hamlet mobilized support for the "For the Poor" Fund with a total amount of 7 million VND, and supported the Cuban people with a total amount of 1.2 million VND. The economic life of the people continues to improve, with an average income per capita estimated at 40 million VND/year. The rate of well-off and rich households accounts for 50.5%, poor households have decreased to 10 households, and near-poor households have decreased to 15 households. In general, the people in the village are always united, the economy continues to develop, the landscape is bright, green, clean and beautiful. Security and order are stable, and awareness of law compliance is raised.

Regarding propaganda and dissemination of law, the hamlet representative said that the organization of propaganda of law was carried out through the loudspeaker system for 15 sessions, people's meetings, association and youth union activities, and through the Zalo group of the residential area with slogans responding to Vietnam Law Day 2025. The propaganda content focused on the Constitution, new Laws passed by the National Assembly , Resolutions of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, and Decisions of the Provincial People's Committee. Local regulations on land management, construction order, civilized lifestyle, etc. were also regularly disseminated. The implementation of village covenants and conventions of residential areas is increasingly becoming more substantial. Self-management models on security and order continue to be effective.

The people absolutely trust and strictly comply with the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State, the commune and the residential area, actively respond and participate in movements launched by superiors and the residential area.
