Master Nguyen Dinh Tinh, Deputy Head of the Basic Department, Ho Chi Minh City Central Pedagogical College, said that the Department of Education and Training, local Department of Education and Training need to have a plan to coordinate with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, local art associations, music and art clubs, or sports centers to invite qualified artists, singers and athletes to participate in teaching.

"We can take advantage of famous local artists, singers, and athletes to participate in summer activities for students to be proactive in human resources, while also helping to reduce costs," said Master Tinh.

Mr. Huynh Hoang Cu, Head of the Faculty of Arts, Van Hien University, said that organizing playgrounds such as sports festivals, school sports tournaments, band festivals, art festivals, etc. are very effective ways to promote physical training and music and art learning among students, right in the summer.

In compliance with Circular 29 on regulations for extra teaching and learning of the Ministry of Education and Training, summer activities in schools are organized without having to take extra classes in the general education program. Summer activities carried out in schools are aimed at improving capacity, skills, developing talents, physical education and sports, and free tutoring for weak students.
