Opening the series of events, the Provincial Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Binh province organized a meeting to honor female leaders and key officials at the provincial and communal levels. The delegates reviewed their journey of dedication, shared the experiences and enthusiasm of women when taking on leadership and management responsibilities. Continuing that spirit, the Ninh Binh Provincial Women's Union organized a meeting with specialized officials at all levels of the Union.
Delegates looked back on the 95-year journey of building and growing the Association.

Promoting the role of women in economic development
Currently, the whole province has more than 680 thousand members with 4,658 branches. In the past 5 years, hundreds of thousands of members and women have received loans to develop the economy and create jobs; supported more than 8,100 women's households to escape poverty, 3,600 women to start businesses, nearly 200 OCOP products owned by women; consulted on the establishment of 62 cooperatives and cooperative groups managed by women. This is a vivid proof of the spirit of solidarity, creativity and aspiration to rise of Ninh Binh women today.
Recognizing and praising the important contributions of Women's Unions at all levels in the province, Mr. Mai Van Tuat - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Binh province - hoped that the Unions at all levels would continue to innovate the content and methods of operation, promote the core role in building the great national unity bloc, bring the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term into life, contributing to building Ninh Binh to develop rapidly and sustainably.
Women's Unions at all levels in the province organized meetings to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Women's Union.
With the achievements of the Women's Union at all levels, Ms. Dao Thi Hoa - Member of the Central Executive Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union, Provincial Party Committee Member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Women's Union of Ninh Binh province, affirmed that the cadres and women's union members in the whole province will continue to unite, innovate, be creative, and constantly strive to be worthy of the glorious 95-year tradition of the Vietnam Women's Union; forever be the pride and motivation for Ninh Binh women on the journey to build a rich, civilized and happy homeland.
Caring for vulnerable women and children
Not only promoting its role in economic development, the Women's Union at all levels also actively participates in social work, humanitarian work, charity work, environmental protection, care for disadvantaged women and children, contributing to spreading the humanistic and sustainable values of the women's movement.
Across the province, the Association at all levels simultaneously implemented many meaningful social security activities, demonstrating the spirit of humanity and community responsibility. The Association's bases allocated funds and mobilized social resources, presenting 854 gifts worth nearly 193 million VND to women and children in especially difficult circumstances.

Typical examples include: Dong Van Ward Women's Union mobilized benefactors to support 21 orphans and children in difficult circumstances with boarding expenses of 81.5 million VND; Hai Xuan Commune Women's Union, with revenue from the "Turning trash into money" model, "Green Association" and mobilizing benefactors, supported 75 members and poor students with a total value of 55 million VND; Nam Hoa Lu Ward Women's Union presented 491 gifts worth nearly 30 million VND to members in especially difficult circumstances.
In particular, the "Godmother" program continued to spread strongly, 116 orphans received support with a total amount of nearly 170 million VND. In particular, the Women's Union of Rang Dong commune connected with benefactors to sponsor 9 more orphans with a total amount of 18 million VND; the Women's Union of Nghia Lam commune gave support to 3 orphans worth 5.4 million VND; the Women's Union of Hien Khanh commune gave 10 million VND to 4 orphans. This activity demonstrates the persistent companionship and long-term care, helping the children gain more confidence and motivation to rise up in life, nurturing the dream of following them to school.
Create a competitive atmosphere among cadres, members and women
In addition to social security activities, the Women's Union at all levels in the province also enthusiastically organized hundreds of thematic activities, cultural, artistic and sports exchanges, and guided the branches in their activities according to the fourth quarter's activity documents. Thereby, helping members understand more deeply the glorious tradition, historical significance and mission of the Union in the new period, arousing pride in cadres, members and women.
On this occasion, the Women's Union of communes and wards in the province organized the Congress of women's delegates at the grassroots level, creating an exciting competitive atmosphere among all cadres and members.
The "Green House" model was launched, celebrating the success of the congress and the 95th anniversary of the Association's founding.
After the congress, many units organized cultural exchange programs, launched new projects, tasks and clubs to celebrate the success of the congress and the 95th anniversary of the Association's establishment. Typical examples include: the project "Clean House - Beautiful Road" of the Women's Association of Village 1, the "Gong Chieng" Club model at the Phu Thinh Village Association (Phu Son Commune); the establishment of 6 "Green Houses" by the Women's Union of Nam Hoa Lu Ward to raise funds to support women and children in difficult circumstances.
These specific and practical activities not only contribute to beautifying the rural landscape and spreading the beauty of community culture, but also demonstrate the spirit of responsibility, sharing and creativity of Ninh Binh women in the new period.
In many localities, mass performances, folk dance exchanges, and sports competitions are organized to contribute to improving spiritual life, improving health, and building the image of dynamic, healthy, beautiful, and confident Ninh Binh women in the new era.
With a vibrant competitive spirit, the Women's Union at all levels of Ninh Binh province is contributing to further enhancing the glorious tradition of the organization, affirming the role and position of women in all fields. Thereby, contributing with all levels and branches to successfully implement the Resolution of the Party Congresses at all levels and the Congress of Women's Delegates of communes and wards for the new term.
