By the end of April 2025, Phu Tan district had over 152,700 people participating in health insurance; over 6,000 people participating in social insurance, of which 1,275 people participated in voluntary social insurance. In 2025, the district strives to develop 933 people participating in voluntary social insurance, developing 13,843 people participating in health insurance.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of Phu Tan District People's Committee Tang Van Ne emphasized that the month of mobilizing the implementation of universal social insurance in 2025 is not only a simple communication activity but also a journey to spread the profound humanistic values ​​of social security policies. Thereby, it demonstrates the strong determination of the entire political system to complete the targets of universal social insurance according to the Party's policy.

For successful implementation, the People's Committee of Phu Tan district requested the district Social Insurance to coordinate with collection service organizations, socio-political organizations, and localities to deploy on schedule, focus, and target the right subjects. At the same time, uphold the spirit of responsibility, initiative, political determination, and strive to mobilize and develop at least 100 new people to participate in voluntary social insurance and 500 people to participate in household health insurance in May 2025.
