Phu Tho: Auction of factory lot, plastic granule and packaging production line with total starting price of over 100 billion VND

On November 3, according to information from the National Asset Auction Portal (Ministry of Justice), Agribank Phu Tho Branch is coordinating with the National Auction Group to auction 5 lots of secured assets which are factories, industrial machinery and equipment of a group of enterprises including: Tasco Material Company, Tasco Polycon Company Limited, Tasco Industrial Company Limited, Decovil Company and Tasco Vietnam Company Limited. The total starting price of the above 5 assets is more than 100 billion VND.

These are factories and production lines in the fields of plastic pellets, packaging, canvas, paper processing... located mainly in Dong Lang Industrial Park and Nong Trang ward (Phu Tho) and partly in Vinh Phuc province (old).

Including: Factory and auxiliary works; machinery and equipment for producing Resin raw materials (PP, PE plastic beads), sewing thread and rope ; The 35 KV power line and 1000 KVA transformer station of Tasco Material Company, located in Dong Lang Industrial Park, Phu Ninh Commune, Phu Ninh District, Phu Tho (now Phu Ninh Commune, Phu Tho Province) has a starting price of 28,458 billion VND.

Factory and auxiliary works; machinery and equipment for producing PP, PE woven fabric packaging, export tarpaulin; 35 KV power line and 2000 KVA transformer station of Tasco Polycon Company Limited, located in Dong Lang industrial cluster, Phu Ninh commune, Phu Ninh district, Phu Tho (now Phu Ninh commune, Phu Tho province) have a starting price of 27.76 billion VND.

The factory and auxiliary works; machinery and equipment, PE/PVC tarpaulin production, 35 KV power line project and part of 500 KVA transformer station of Tasco Industrial Company Limited, located in Van Co Ward, Viet Tri City, Phu Tho (now Nong Trang Ward, Phu Tho Province) have a starting price of 19,759 billion VND.

Factory and auxiliary works; paper processing machinery and equipment, paper compression, automatic chemical reaction mixing line, means of transport and other machinery and equipment; 35 KV power line and 1000 KVA transformer station of Decovil Company, located in Dong Lang industrial cluster, Phu Ninh commune, Phu Ninh district, Phu Tho (now Phu Ninh commune, Phu Tho province) have a starting price of 26,747 billion VND.

02 extrusion lines and 01 baling press of Tasco Vietnam Co., Ltd., located in Huong Canh Town, Binh Xuyen, Vinh Phuc (now Binh Nguyen commune , Phu Tho province) has a starting price of 2.28 billion VND.

One thing investors should note is that the starting price only includes the value of the assets on the land (factories, machinery, auxiliary works), not including land-related costs such as land use rights lease fees, infrastructure fees payable to the industrial park management unit. The auction winner will be responsible for paying all taxes, fees and other costs related to the transfer of ownership and use of the assets according to regulations.

The registration for the auction starts at 8:00 a.m. on October 29, 2025, and the registration for the auction ends at 4:30 p.m. on November 24, 2025. The auction will be held at 8:30 a.m. on November 27, 2025 at the Hall of the National Group Auction Company, No. 9, Lane 3479, Hung Vuong Street, Van Phu Ward, Phu Tho Province.
