
 Accordingly, the Department of Construction officially banned cars from traveling across the Lo River Bridge. The bridge is only allowed for two-wheeled motorbikes, three-wheeled motorbikes, motorbikes (including electric motorbikes), rudimentary vehicles and pedestrians. Vehicles traveling across the bridge must comply with the maximum speed of 20 km/h and absolutely not stop or park on the bridge.
 The Department of Construction guides vehicles to move along 2 alternative routes as follows: Direction, first, from the center of Doan Hung commune to Hong Son and Dong Tho communes ( Tuyen Quang province), vehicles move along National Highway 2 to Km99+800, turn left onto the Kim Xuyen bridge approach road to cross Kim Xuyen bridge and vice versa.
 Second, from Phu Tho province to Tuyen Quang, vehicles travel along National Highway 2 to Km123+800, turn onto Provincial Road 186, continue across An Hoa Bridge.
 Along with the traffic flow organization, the Department of Construction assigned the Phu Tho Traffic Construction and Maintenance Project Management Board to direct the road management unit to adjust the sign system, monitor regularly and promptly report when incidents arise. The Traffic Police Department - Provincial Police and Doan Hung Commune Police were requested to coordinate in guiding, regulating and ensuring traffic order and safety in the area. Relevant agencies and functional units were requested to urgently deploy measures to ensure absolute safety for people and vehicles when passing through the Lo River bridge area.
Previously, on October 27, the Department of Construction of Phu Tho province issued Notice No. 265/TB-SXD on traffic diversion and organization across the Lo River Bridge in Doan Hung commune. According to the notice, the Department of Construction of Phu Tho province banned all people and vehicles from passing through the bridge.
