Dong Ninh Hoa Ward People's Committee organized tree pruning to proactively respond to storms.

At the inspection sites, ward leaders thoroughly grasped the tasks that need to be implemented immediately to proactively respond to strong storms, big waves, and heavy rain, especially propagating to coastal people about the risks of rising sea levels and big waves; supporting and guiding people to tie down houses and properties; guiding boat mooring arrangements, and having solutions to protect cages and farmed aquatic products.

It is known that, along with promoting propaganda and guidance for the people, on November 4, the Ward People's Committee focused on trimming trees; checking electric poles, telecommunication poles; checking and reviewing lakes and ponds storing water for watering plants, raising livestock, and daily activities in the area; dredging canals in Ninh Tinh village to ensure drainage function. Previously, the ward also directed the Border Guard Stations: Ninh Phuoc, Ninh Hai to closely monitor warning bulletins, forecasts and developments of the storm; urgently count and grasp the number of boats, ships, and boats, guide vehicles, ships, and boats to move to avoid or return to safe shelters. Announce restrictions or bans on ships, boats, and vehicles going out to sea, operating at sea; prohibit people and tourists from swimming when necessary. According to statistics, Dong Ninh Hoa ward has 520 cages, 96 rafts, and 123 workers on aquaculture cages. Ninh Hai storm shelter area has a capacity of 400 ships.
