PTSC Quang Ngai collaborated in implementing the "Spring Volunteer - Loving Tet" program in An Phu commune.

Implementing the Youth Union's work program and youth movement in 2025, the Youth Union of PTSC Quang Ngai coordinated with the Youth Union of Binh Son Refinery and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company, the Youth Union of Quang Ngai City Police, and the Youth Union of An Phu Commune to carry out the "Spring Volunteer - Loving Tet" program in An Phu Commune, Quang Ngai City. An Phu Commune was established on December 16, 2024, by merging Nghia An and Nghia Phu communes, with a population of over 30,000 people, making it the most populous commune in Quang Ngai province.

Recently, the program was conducted in a solemn and warm atmosphere with the full participation of leaders from various levels, political and social organizations, and mass organizations of An Phu commune, the Youth Union of PTSC Quang Ngai, the Youth Union of Binh Son Refinery and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company, the Youth Union of Quang Ngai City Police, and the people and households of An Phu commune. On behalf of the local leadership, Comrade Pham Tan Phuoc - Secretary of the Party Committee of Tan Phu commune - also expressed his deep gratitude to the units that have accompanied An Phu commune in taking care of the poor during Tet, helping the commune to have more resources so that each family and each person can have more joy in welcoming the spring and overcome difficulties in life. Representatives of the local leaders also presented flowers to express their gratitude to the sponsoring units.

The program distributed 70 gift packages to families receiving social welfare benefits, underprivileged children, and people in difficult circumstances, with a total cost of over 35,000,000 VND. Upholding the "Compassion" spirit in the motto "Unity - Dynamism - Creativity - Professionalism" of the PTSC Quang Ngai brand, social welfare work continues to be a priority for PTSC Quang Ngai's leadership and is actively supported. The funding for this program comes from the traditional "Compassionate Lucky Money Envelope Program 17th Edition 2025" of PTSC Quang Ngai, which is being launched by the PTSC Quang Ngai Youth Union from December 25, 2024 to January 14, 2025, to continue implementing meaningful programs during the Lunar New Year.
