Implementing the Youth Union and Youth Movement Program in 2025, PTSC Quang Ngai Youth Union coordinated with Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company Youth Union, Quang Ngai City Police Youth Union and An Phu Commune Youth Union to implement the program "Spring Volunteer - Tet of Love" in An Phu Commune, Quang Ngai City. An Phu Commune was established on the basis of merging Nghia An and Nghia Phu Communes on December 16, 2024 with a population of more than 30,000 people, the most populous commune in Quang Ngai Province.
Recently, the program was conducted solemnly and warmly with the full participation of leaders from all levels, socio -political organizations, An Phu commune unions, PTSC Quang Ngai Youth Union, Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company Youth Union, Quang Ngai City Police Youth Union and people and households of An Phu commune. On behalf of the local leaders, comrade Pham Tan Phuoc - Secretary of Tan Phu commune Party Committee also expressed his deep gratitude to the units that have accompanied An Phu commune in taking care of Tet for the poor, helping the commune have more resources so that each family and each person can have more joy in welcoming spring, overcoming difficulties in life. Representatives of local leaders also presented flowers to express gratitude to the sponsoring units.
The program has presented 70 gifts to policy families, children, and people in difficult circumstances with a total cost of more than 35,000,000 VND. Promoting the "Humanity" identity in the motto "Solidarity - Dynamic - Creative - Professional - Humanity" of the PTSC Quang Ngai brand, social security work has always been of interest to the leaders of PTSC Quang Ngai and has created favorable conditions for its activities. The source for implementing the program is drawn from the fund of the traditional program "17th Charity Red Envelopes in 2025" of PTSC Quang Ngai, which is being launched by the Youth Union of PTSC Quang Ngai from December 25, 2024 to January 14, 2025 to continue implementing meaningful programs on the occasion of Tet holiday.
