Of which, 3 presentations in Vietnamese focused on the history of PPS, organizational model, unique technical services and core values that have created the PPS brand in the Oil and Gas industry. The teams used many real images, illustrative data and a close presentation style, making the content lively and easy to absorb.
In addition, the remaining 2 teams chose to present in English, demonstrating their professionalism and flexible language skills. The entries aimed to introduce PPS from an international integration perspective, emphasizing safety and quality standards, operational capacity and service expansion orientation.
Not only did they present clearly, many teams also demonstrated confident communication skills, knowing how to create highlights with real-life stories, illustrative examples and youthful spirit. This diversity in presentation forms helped the competition to be rich in color, fully reflecting the dynamism of the PPS youth union members.
According to the judges, the quality of this year's contestants has been significantly improved. Many contestants have strong arguments, professional presentation style and good interaction with the audience. In particular, some groups have known how to exploit technological elements, illustrations and practical examples to increase the persuasiveness of the presentation. The judges highly appreciate the spirit of learning, serious investment and awareness of improving the skills of the contestants, considering this a positive signal for the young human resources in the unit.
In the final results, the Organizing Committee awarded 5 award categories including:
• First Prize: Nguyen Huong Giang - Ngo Viet Cuong (Chamber of Commerce & Production)
• Second Prize: Cao Pham Thu Huong (Chamber of Commerce)
• Best Presentation Award: Doan Huu Hieu – Ngo Viet Cuong (Chamber of Commerce & Production)
• Best Behavior Award: Nguyen Le Chau - Vu Hong Khanh (Production & Trade Department)
• Award for the best layout slide: Tran Anh Duc – Diep Huynh Thuy Nga – Nguyen Minh Khue – Dinh Thi Ha Phuong (Production Department)
The purpose of The Voice of Confidence contest is not only to create a playground for union members and youth but also to improve communication skills, logical thinking ability and communication skills for PPS staff. These are all important soft skills, contributing directly to daily work, from reporting, professional exchange to teamwork and presenting ideas.
In addition, learning and presenting about the company’s history, fields of operation and core values helps employees understand PPS better, become more connected and confidently represent the company’s image in all circumstances. The competition also creates an environment for departments to exchange and learn, thereby strengthening internal connections – an important factor helping PPS operate effectively and synchronously.
Through this activity, the PPS Youth Union Executive Committee hopes to spread the spirit of initiative - creativity - confidence, contributing to building quality young human resources, meeting the company's development orientation in the new period./.
