A digital financial platform with many outstanding features.

At the ceremony, both sides shared common directions in deploying and developing multi-utility digital financial products to provide customers with new and more complete experiences.

Meey Land expects that with the cooperation of PVcomBank in providing digital financial solutions, the company will build and develop a large customer network, enhance brand value, increase real estate liquidity, and create breakthroughs in the global technology market.

For PVcomBank, this is also an opportunity for the bank to reach a new potential customer segment, thereby promoting and introducing its superior and convenient products and services.

The project roadmap, agreed upon by both parties, consists of three phases, with an initial implementation period of nearly four years (2023-2027). In the first phase, PVcomBank will connect its banking services with the Meey Finance application – a new digital financial platform.

This platform is developed with a full range of payment, financial, banking, and insurance services, along with convenient experiences and security mechanisms for users.

According to Meey Land representatives, the Meey Finance application has an advantage in real estate appraisal, transfer, investment, and lending activities because it is a central product that connects the entire Meey Land real estate technology-finance ecosystem. This creates a synergistic effect in terms of usability, giving users peace of mind in transactions, saving costs compared to traditional transaction methods, supporting increased revenue and profits from financial business, and facilitating cross-selling of other products.

Solutions that contribute to transparency in the real estate market.

Ms. Ha Thi Thu Trang, Deputy Director of PVcomBank's Digital Banking division, believes that real estate is a crucial asset class, used and exploited in numerous investment and lending transactions in the economy . For the real estate market to develop healthily and sustainably, transparency of information is essential.

However, according to Ms. Trang, people and investors currently face many difficulties in finding accurate information about real estate products. Conversely, many real estate projects have complete legal documentation but lack information channels to reach potential buyers.

"PVcomBank prioritizes technology and innovation as the core of its development. Therefore, collaborating with digital technology service providers to diversify solutions is essential. Meey Land possesses a fairly comprehensive ecosystem of real estate technology and finance. PVcomBank has strengths in finance, while Meey Land has strengths in real estate technology. Therefore, I believe this is a highly promising combination not only for the two entities but also for customers and the market," Ms. Ha Thi Thu Trang emphasized .

According to Mr. Hoang Mai Chung, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Meey Land, the application of technology in the finance and banking industry has developed rapidly globally. Therefore, building more trend-following financial platforms can be considered a digital revolution that will change the way business is conducted in the finance and banking industry at the macro level.

"In my opinion, Vietnam has advantages for developing digital services, and the potential for growth in this field in our country is quite large. Recognizing this vast potential, Meey Land is constantly striving to research new products and services, apply new technologies (AI, Big Data, IoT, AR/VR…), and experiment with new methods to meet the ever-increasing demands of the market. With this collaboration with PVcomBank, I hope that both sides will work effectively to create many new, reputable, and practical digital technology platforms and applications," Mr. Hoang Mai Chung shared.

The collaboration between PVcomBank and Meey Land is expected to contribute to improving the quality and speed of real estate appraisal, while providing secure real estate payment and transaction solutions along with more favorable credit and financial support for customers, thereby helping to overcome some shortcomings in real estate transactions in Vietnam.
