Reportedly, the Bamboo Garden social housing project consists of two buildings, CT9A and CT9B, with 432 apartments. This project previously caused a stir when its sales process was sluggish, requiring 23 attempts to sell all the units.
Also in Hanoi, the social housing project at plot 5B2 in the Dong Hoi resettlement area, formerly Dong Anh district, developed by Thang Long Co., Ltd., is accepting applications for sale.
This area has 88 apartments that are being converted from rental to sale, with areas ranging from 57.8 to 67.2 m2. The selling price of these apartments is over 15 million VND/m2, equivalent to approximately 867 million to over 1 billion VND per unit. The application period is from December 1, 2025 to January 12, 2026.
The social housing complex in Dong Hoi covers a total area of over 4,500 m2 and includes a 30-story apartment building with 2 basements, providing 504 apartments.
According to the plan to develop at least 1 million social housing units, Hanoi has been assigned to build 56,200 units by the end of 2030. This year, the city expects to complete 6 projects with more than 4,700 units, exceeding the annual target.
