This is one of the practical activities to celebrate major holidays in April and May, especially the 70th Anniversary of Hai Phong Liberation Day and the Red Flamboyant Festival - Hai Phong 2025. Through the movement, Hai An district promotes propaganda and mobilizes people to practice civilized urban lifestyle, not to litter, and to maintain environmental sanitation and landscape around residential areas.

The functional forces and mass organizations have visited each household to propagate and guide the arrangement of the landscape in front of the house, not encroaching on the sidewalk and road. The residential groups regularly and effectively maintain the activities of "Green Sunday", with the active participation of cadres, party members, association members, union members and the masses in general cleaning, garbage collection, reminding people to throw garbage on time and in the right place. In addition, agencies and units also simultaneously organized cleaning at martyrs' cemeteries, cultural houses and office premises, creating a clean and solemn environment. In parallel with environmental sanitation work, the district directed the wards to strengthen the order of sidewalks.

In particular, during the peak period of celebrating the 70th anniversary of Hai Phong Liberation, the Department of Economy - Infrastructure and Urban Affairs advised the District People's Committee to issue a plan to restore urban order and ensure environmental sanitation. The functional forces simultaneously launched inspections and handled violations on key streets such as Ngo Gia Tu, Cat Bi, Van Cao, Nguyen Binh Khiem, Le Thanh Tong, Dinh Vu... Thereby, promptly correcting violations such as encroachment on sidewalks, illegal advertising signs and traffic safety violations.

The general cleaning and restoration of urban order activities have made an important contribution to building the image of Hai An urban area to be increasingly bright - green - clean - beautiful, demonstrating the sense of responsibility and solidarity of cadres and people for the sustainable development of the district and Hai Phong city./.
