Le Chan District trains to learn and apply artificial intelligence (AI), improving work efficiency in state management

(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the morning of May 9, the People's Committee of Le Chan District held a training conference to learn about and apply artificial intelligence (AI), improving the efficiency of state management work in the district. Speaking at the conference, Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee Pham Viet Anh affirmed that the application of artificial intelligence (AI) not only helps streamline procedures and speed up work processing, but also contributes to fundamentally transforming working methods from traditional to digital platforms. This is an inevitable trend, in line with the innovation requirements of modern administration. However, for AI to truly become an effective tool, bringing practical value, it requires each cadre and civil servant to change their mindset, improve their digital capacity, be ready to access, master and effectively exploit the platforms and systems deployed. At the same time, it is necessary to strictly comply with regulations on information security, public ethics and principles of using technology in the digital environment.

The Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee suggested that each unit, each cadre and civil servant need to clearly define their responsibilities in the implementation process: not formalistically, not perfunctorily, but truly turning digital tools into strength to improve the quality of service to the people, contributing to building a public, transparent, professional, effective and modern administration.

At the Conference, leaders, cadres, civil servants and public employees of the district were introduced and instructed on how to use AI systems such as: "AI Hai Phong", "AI Assistant for cadres", "AI Assistant for leaders" - modern tools to help cadres, civil servants and public employees improve their capacity to advise, draft documents, look up information, analyze public opinion, handle people's feedback and recommendations and support decision making quickly, accurately and effectively.

Through the Conference, it aims to affirm the determination of Le Chan district's digital transformation strategy, aiming to apply advanced technology to improve the quality of public services and work efficiency at administrative agencies; train and support cadres, civil servants and public employees to understand and effectively exploit AI applications to become a tool to support improving work efficiency and handling administrative procedures, applying AI technology in state management; raise awareness, handle situations, and warn about information security in the process of exploiting and using AI applications among cadres, civil servants and public employees./.
