The training conference aims to foster professional skills, supplement professional skills, processes, methods and experience in inspection, supervision and party discipline work, to raise awareness, action, and equip knowledge about regulations and instructions of the Politburo, Secretariat and Central Inspection Commission on the Party's inspection and supervision work for the team of officials doing inspection work at all levels.

Speaking at the Conference, Comrade Dang Ba Cuong, Secretary of the District Party Committee, emphasized that in recent times, the District Party Committee and its subordinate Party Committees have actively carried out inspection and supervision work, contributing to improving the fighting strength of the Party organization and the quality of cadres and Party members. Through inspection, Party Committees, Party organizations and Party members have promoted their vanguard and exemplary role, strictly implemented the principles and practices of Party activities, well implemented the Party's policies and the State's laws, at the same time, discovered limitations and shortcomings and disciplined Party organizations and Party members who violated them, gradually preventing and preventing them, contributing to building strong Party organizations, agencies and units.

In order for the Conference to be highly effective on the basis of theory, information provided along with practical experience conveyed by the reporter, the District Party Secretary requested that delegates uphold their sense of responsibility, and discuss immediately with the reporter any unclear or incomprehensible issues, limitations, shortcomings, and difficulties in practical activities. At the training session, delegates were briefed by Comrade Dang Ba Cuong, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee on the work of inspection, supervision and enforcement of Party discipline; the work of inspection and supervision of handling complaints, denunciations, recommendations and reflections; regulations on receiving and handling complaints, receiving Party members and citizens. Delegates also listened to Comrade Pham Duc Thai, Member of the City Party Committee's Inspection Committee, brief them on the control of assets and income of people holding positions and powers in agencies, organizations and units, the declaration of assets and income... to help delegates better grasp the regulations to perform their duties. At the same time, they exchanged and discussed difficulties in practical work, contributing to improving the quality and effectiveness of inspection and supervision activities at the grassroots level./.
