According to the official dispatch, the Ministry of Industry and Trade requested the People's Committee of Quang Nam province to urgently review the list of projects to determine/precise the plan for synchronous grid connection, not to include potential projects that have not been identified in the national planning in the plan to implement the provincial planning.
Regarding the industrial cluster development plan during the planning period, the Ministry of Industry and Trade requested the province to fully review information for each industrial cluster according to the provisions of law; ensuring feasibility, synchronization, consistency and no overlap with other plans in the area.
Quang Nam also needs to develop a specific plan to implement the industrial cluster development plan for the 2021-2030 period to ensure feasibility; sufficient land to establish and invest in developing industrial clusters in the list according to the approved planning schedule.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade also requested Quang Nam to study and develop a specific and detailed plan for the development of commercial infrastructure (markets, supermarkets, shopping centers, logistics centers, etc.) to ensure compliance with the development orientation in the provincial planning approved by the Prime Minister , land use plans and related plans. At the same time, refer to relevant content in strategies, programs and projects being implemented by the Ministry of Industry and Trade to ensure compliance.
