
In Hoa Vang and Dai Loc communes - where many roads were cut off and eroded, Major General Nguyen Huu Hop requested the police of the communes, the traffic police force and professional departments to coordinate with the authorities to mobilize maximum means, machinery and human resources to quickly clear the flow, open temporary roads, and ensure safety for people and vehicles passing by.
The City Police Director encouraged officers and soldiers on duty to not be complacent; to increase support for drinking water and food for drivers and people stuck, focusing on households in low-lying areas and areas at high risk of landslides.

Inspecting Dien Ban Bac ward, where floodwaters rose high and overflowed National Highway 1, causing traffic disruption, Major General Nguyen Huu Hop directed the Traffic Police force to actively regulate and divert traffic, put up warning signs and resolutely not let people pass through dangerous areas.
The City Police Director requested the Ward Police to coordinate with functional forces and local authorities to help people raise their properties, evacuate the elderly and children to safe places; and prepare forces and means to be ready for rescue when the water level continues to rise.
Faced with the complicated situation of floods in the city, Major General Nguyen Huu Hop requested the police of all units and localities in the city to continue to closely monitor the area, grasp the situation, proactively deploy plans to prevent and combat floods; ensure traffic safety, security and order, support people to overcome the consequences, and soon stabilize their lives after natural disasters.
