
Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Health to preside over and direct medical examination and treatment facilities to continue implementing the contents of Decision No. 623/QD-TTg dated April 14, 2016 and Decision No. 193/QD-TTg dated February 9, 2021 of the Prime Minister on the National Strategy on Crime Prevention and Control for the period 2016 - 2020, with a vision to 2030 and the Program on Prevention and Control of Human Trafficking for the period 2021 - 2025, with a vision to 2030. The Department of Health was also assigned to coordinate with the Provincial Police and relevant departments and branches to strengthen dissemination and professional training on ensuring security and order, preventing crime and human trafficking, especially at crowded medical facilities or those with complicated security situations.
In addition, propaganda work to raise awareness among citizens, civil servants, public employees, workers, students about crime prevention and human trafficking is also focused. The Department of Health will coordinate with the Provincial Police, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Departmentof Education and Training to promote these activities, and at the same time organize training courses to improve communication and behavioral skills for medical staff to minimize the risk of insecurity and disorder.
The Department of Home Affairs is required to coordinate with the Department of Health and the Provincial Police to review and support human resources to ensure security and order and prevent and combat crimes at medical facilities.
The Provincial People's Committee emphasized that departments and branches need to urgently implement assigned tasks and report results according to regulations.
