The document clearly states: Implementing the Special Announcement of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam , the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front on the State funeral of former President of the Lao People's Democratic Republic Khamtay Siphandone, the Provincial People's Committee requests that during the two days of State funeral on April 4-5, 2025, agencies and offices in the province fly flags at half-mast, with mourning ribbons, and not organize public entertainment activities.
Requesting Heads of departments, branches, sectors, socio-political organizations; central agencies located in the province; Chairmen of People's Committees of districts, towns and cities; heads of agencies and units in the province, relevant organizations and individuals to seriously implement the content of this notice.
