National Highway 1A through Ha Tinh is cut off due to rising river water.

Since the early morning of September 30, on National Highway 1A, passing through Bac Hong Linh ward, Ha Tinh province, the water level has been about 1 meter, even over 1.3 meters in some places. The deep flooding was due to water from the upper Lam river flowing quickly during the night.
