Decision No. 19 of the Provincial People's Committee on the number of commune-level officials and civil servants has expired.

The People's Committee of Ha Tinh province has just issued a decision on promulgating legal documents (Decision No. 19/2021/QD-UBND dated April 16, 2021) that have expired.

At the request of the Department of Home Affairs in Official Dispatch No. 40/TTr-SNV dated December 29, 2023, the opinion of the Department of Justice in Official Dispatch No. 1531/STP-XDKT&TDTHPL dated December 26, 2023 and the consent (by voting) of the members of the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial People's Committee decided to announce Decision No. 19/2021/QD-UBND dated April 16, 2021 of the Provincial People's Committee regulating the number of commune-level cadres and civil servants in Ha Tinh province to cease to be effective.

This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance (January 10, 2024).

Chief of Office of Provincial People's Committee, Directors of Departments, Heads of Provincial-level Branches and Sectors; Chairmen of People's Committees of districts, cities, towns and relevant organizations and individuals shall base on this Decision to implement.
