Review and propose public service units to convert into joint stock companies

According to the above document, the City People's Committee assigned departments, branches, sectors, People's Committees of districts, towns to continue updating the legal system related to the conversion of public service units into joint stock companies; review and propose public service units that meet the conditions, send to the Department of Finance before April 14, 2025 for synthesis and reporting to the City People's Committee to submit to the Prime Minister for approval of the List of public service units converted into joint stock companies in the period of 2021-2025.

Urgently develop plans to convert public service units in the list approved by the Prime Minister into joint stock companies according to current regulations.

Strengthen communication so that employees at public service units as well as people realize the role and effectiveness of converting public service units into joint stock companies to create consensus and unity in implementation.

The City People's Committee assigned specialized departments to continue to develop and submit to competent authorities for promulgation of technical and economic norms and unit prices of products and public services using the state budget under the city's management according to the roadmap and complete assigned targets.
