Ready for the opening night of the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival

DNO - On the evening of June 1, Vice Chairwoman of the City People's Committee Ngo Thi Kim Yen and the Organizing Committee of the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival (DIFF 2023) held a general rehearsal of the art program at the opening ceremony of DIFF 2023.

Accordingly, the opening night has the theme “ Peace for Humanity”. Vice Chairwoman of the City People’s Committee Ngo Thi Kim Yen, the Organizing Committee and the Jury basically agreed with the script of the opening ceremony as well as the performances in the night.

In a quick exchange with Da Nang Newspaper, Vice Chairwoman of the City People's Committee Ngo Thi Kim Yen acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of the units, artists, and art troupes who worked hard to coordinate and practice to prepare the content in a short time but still built a grand and well-prepared program.

Regarding the performances at the program, Vice Chairwoman of the City People's Committee Ngo Thi Kim Yen assessed that they were all of high quality, both in terms of audio and visual, perfectly combined with the water music effect on the riverbed, promising to bring the audience unforgettable impressions.

The art program at the opening ceremony has 6 performances, performed by famous artists from Vietnam, the city and artists from 25 countries belonging to the art troupe of Sun World Ba Na Hills tourist area, alternating with fireworks performances by the Da Nang team (Vietnam) and the Finnish team.

Notably, singer Ho Ngoc Ha will perform the song Because It's You; singer Tung Duong will bring the song Mot Vong Viet Nam to the audience and singer Anh Tu will perform the song Welcome to Da Nang.

In addition to the main content, at the beginning of the opening ceremony, the audience will enjoy two works by artists from Trung Vuong Theater who won awards at the ASEAN Music Festival 2022, including: the medley "Convection" and the song "Song Co Co"; at the same time, enjoy the theme song of DIFF 2023 "Nung uoc mo sang sang" at the end of the opening ceremony.
