Accordingly, the groundbreaking ceremony will be held on the morning of Tuesday, December 16, at the project implementation location, in Phu My Urban Area (An Phu commune and Cam Thanh ward, Quang Ngai province).

Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUD) will build two blocks A - B with a maximum height of 9 floors, on a land area of ​​more than ^15,500m2 , with a construction floor area of ​​more than ^30,000m2 , equivalent to about 296 apartments (each apartment area from ^58-77m2 ).

The project is being implemented on a land plot with four frontages of planned roads from 12 - 24m wide, opposite the Central Park of the Phu My New Urban Area Project. Currently, the investor is speeding up the progress to complete the technical infrastructure around the land plot and clear the remaining small area.

The project has a total investment of 310 billion VND, expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2028. When completed, the project will meet the housing needs of more than 700 people, especially low-income earners, workers and laborers.
