Launched in September 2024, after more than 3 months, the campaign "Journey of a Thousand Miles - Nurturing Thousands of Dreams" has completed its dual goals: raising 1 billion VND, spreading community values, promoting positive corporate culture, and creating a professional working environment. The campaign attracted nearly 1,300 ABBANK employees to participate, conquering nearly 190,000km and recording more than 23,000 hours of practice.
Immediately after completing the goal, ABBANK quickly coordinated with the Vietnam Children's Fund (VCF), the Ministry of Health , to start building boarding houses and auxiliary works for Nong Hoi Duoi School, Chieng An Primary and Secondary School, Muong La District, Son La Province. At the end of April 2025, the project was put into use, helping nearly 200 students have a safer and more comfortable place to live.

Sharing about the sustainable development strategy and the goal of serving the community, Mr. Pham Duy Hieu, General Director of ABBANK said: "At ABBANK, we always encourage employees to learn, practice, explore their limits, have fun, work hard and serve wholeheartedly. This campaign is a vivid proof, bringing positive and sustainable impacts to society as well as in the working environment of ABBANK".
At the groundbreaking ceremony, a total of 50 gifts including backpacks, uniforms and cash scholarships were presented by ABBANK to poor students who have overcome difficulties. In addition, ABBANK also presented 01 water purifier, helping teachers and students have more clean water. These gifts were contributed by family and friends of employees.
Nong Hoi Duoi School has a large number of students who are ethnic minorities and living in difficult circumstances. The school's facilities have been degraded for many years, and the students lack housing and learning equipment. Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Dam - Principal shared: "The support from ABBANK is a gift to help improve the learning and living conditions for children in the highlands. The new boarding house and auxiliary facilities will help the students feel secure in studying and practicing."
At the event, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hien - Deputy Director of BTTEVN Fund also emphasized the work of caring for andeducating children, in which the construction of schools and boarding houses is one of the top priorities, and acknowledged the contribution of ABBANK: "We deeply appreciate the efforts and dedication of the Board of Directors and employees of ABBANK. Hopefully, the project will become a safe, clean, warm common home - where students can rest, study and play".
The loving gifts contributed by ABBANK employees, friends and relatives were given to the students as a warm and sincere encouragement.
Over the years, ABBANK has devoted hundreds of billions of VND and passion to social work, focusing on three main areas: Environment, Education and Health.
