Thanh Hoa Department of Construction organized a Conference to study, learn, disseminate and implement Resolutions, Directives, Conclusions and Regulations of the Politburo, the Secretariat of the 13th Party Central Committee and the Provincial Party Committee.

On the afternoon of October 6, 2025, cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, and workers of the Thanh Hoa Department of Construction participated in the Conference on Research, Study, Dissemination, and Implementation of Resolutions, Directives, Conclusions, and Regulations of the Politburo and the Secretariat of the 13th Party Central Committee. The conference was connected online from the Provincial Party Committee bridge.

Overview of the Conference at the Department of Construction bridge

Attending the conference at the bridge point of the Department of Construction were comrades: Lai The Khai - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Head of the Party Committee, chaired the conference and 120 cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees and workers of the Department.

At the conference, the provincial leaders disseminated to the delegates the core contents of: (1) Directive No. 50-CT/TW dated July 23, 2025 of the Secretariat "on continuing to innovate and improve the quality of Party cell activities in the new period"; (2) Conclusion No. 195-KL/TW dated September 26, 2025 of the Politburo and Secretariat "on the situation and results of the operations of the political system apparatus and local government at two levels"; (3) Conclusion No. 198-KL/TW of the Politburo "on the policy of evaluating leaders and managers in the political system" (4) Conclusion No. 200-KL/TW dated October 17, 2025 of the Politburo and Secretariat "on the results of organizing party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party" (5) Regulation No. 366-QD/TW dated August 30, 2025 of the Politburo "on reviewing, evaluating, and classifying the quality of collectives and individuals in the political system" (6) Regulation No. 377-QD/TW dated October 8, 2025 of the Politburo "on decentralization of cadre management and planning, appointment, nomination, temporary suspension, removal from office, resignation, and dismissal of cadres"; (7) Conclusion No. 196-KL/TW dated October 3, 2025 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Resolution No. 09-NQ/TW dated November 8, 2002 of the Politburo and Conclusion No. 66-KL/TW dated March 4, 2010 of the Secretariat "on strengthening the Party's leadership over the work of Vietnamese veterans in the new situation"; (8) Directive No. 53-CT/TW dated October 26, 2025 of the Politburo "on strengthening the Party's leadership in implementing accountability of agencies, organizations and individuals in public service activities"; (9) Conclusion No. 182-KL/TW dated July 29, 2025 of the Politburo "on viewpoints and policies on handling violations of land laws that occurred before the 2013 Land Law took effect"; (10) Resolution No. 70-NQ/TW dated August 20, 2025 of the Politburo "on ensuring national energy security until 2030, with a vision to 2045"; (10) Conclusion No. 192-KL/TW dated September 19, 2025 of the Politburo and Secretariat "on implementing the law on decentralization, delegation of power, and division of authority when operating two-level local governments"; (11) Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW dated August 22, 2025 of the Politburo "on breakthroughs in education and training development"; (12) Resolution No. 72-NQ/TW dated September 8, 2025 of the Politburo "on a number of breakthrough solutions to strengthen the protection, care and improvement of people's health"; (13) Directive No. 52-CT/TW dated October 3, 2025 of the Secretariat "on implementing universal health insurance in the new period"; (14) Plans of the Provincial Party Standing Committee to implement resolutions and directives of the Central Committee.

  Concluding the conference, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thanh Hoa province Trinh Tuan Sinh requested Party committees at all levels, Party organizations, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in the whole province to closely follow the Plan of the Standing Committee.
