An Giang Department of Health revokes cosmetic declaration form with Korean label

On the morning of May 23, a source from Dan Tri reporter said that Deputy Director of the Department of Health of An Giang province Tu Hoang Tuoc had just signed a decision to withdraw the product declaration papers for cosmetics such as moisturizers, masks, sunscreens, and facial cleansers, produced by Winlab Ba Xuyen Cosmetics Company (Long Xuyen City).

Accordingly, the recalled products are from brands such as Iskin, Ilakia, Melía, Noble Men, By Derma,... specialized for facial skin, manufactured from 2021 to 2024, widely distributed by many businesses.

Notably, in the list of products whose declaration forms were revoked, there is Hyaluronic Acid Ampoule essence of the Ilakia brand distributed to the market by Bonjour La Victoire Company Limited, advertised by famous actress PT as "Korean cosmetics".

In addition, there is also the O'rea Derma brand distributed to the market by SJB Company. On the company's website, the recalled products are also introduced as "Korean cosmetics".

Also according to the above decision, An Giang Department of Health explained the reason for the recall as "the enterprise voluntarily requested to recall the product declaration form".

Previously, in April 2025, Winlab Ba Xuyen Company sent a notice to the Department of Health of An Giang province about the company ceasing its cosmetics business activities for the reason of "cessation of operations in the field of cosmetics production".
