After 15 years of development, Ca Mau Petroleum Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (PVCFC) has built, grown and developed a strong collective with the spirit of "Sharing the same belief - Striving for development". Of the nearly 1,200 employees working in PVCFC's departments/units, the team of 235 female officers and employees accounts for nearly 20%, contributing significantly to creating the humanistic identity of the enterprise.

Deputy Head of Human Resources and Training Department of Ca Mau Fertilizer Plant Le Thi Nguyet Nga is known as a "connector", a sharer, always interested in working conditions and spiritual life of each individual and collective, helping the production environment to always be warm, united and full of positive energy.

Ms. Le Thi Nguyet Nga believes that the strength of PVCFC women comes not only from great things, but also from inner perseverance, sense of responsibility and a heart always towards the collective. The attention and support from the Board of Directors and the Union are the motivation for women to both complete their work well and maintain balance in life.

If in the past, women often stood behind to support, now they are more confident, more competent, have a voice and are trusted with many important positions.
