Ms. Le Thi Nguyet Nga believes that the strength of PVCFC women comes not only from great achievements, but also from inner perseverance, a sense of responsibility, and a heart always focused on the collective good. The care and support from the Leadership Board and the Trade Union are the driving force that helps women both perform well at work and maintain a balance in their lives.

When feedback is needed, they are frank and sincere, yet still very affectionate," shared Nguyen Kim Cuong, Deputy Head of the Women's Affairs Committee of the PVCFC Trade Union.

While in the past, women often stood behind the scenes providing support, now they are more confident, more capable, have a voice, and are trusted with many important positions.
