Over the past two years, Phuong Thuy Shuffle Dance Club in Ninh Giang district has regularly performed at the walking street and Bach Dang night market. The club has 7 dance classes with nearly 100 members in different age groups, from 6 to 50 years old.

Ms. Hoang Viet Thuy, Head of Phuong Thuy Shuffle Dance Club, said that in the past, the club only participated in performances and exchanges at events of communes and towns in the district. Since Hai Duong City organized the walking street, with the connection of the Hai Duong City Center for Culture, Sports and Communications, the club has regularly performed. The walking street has created conditions for dance groups in the province to exchange and learn from each other, thereby helping to improve their skills and help club members become more confident.

The center coordinates with professional event units to organize music programs, inviting many famous domestic singers to perform. Coordinates with the provincial Center for Culture and Arts to organize professional music nights to serve the people.

The programs are invested in carefully and professionally in terms of script, people, sound, and light, typically the program "The East - Live Concert Spring" to welcome Spring 2025 and the program "The East - Live Concert Summer" to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and the reunification of the country recently at Thong Nhat Square. The activities attract thousands of spectators, creating an exciting and joyful atmosphere for the people, while creating cohesion in the community.

After 2 years of operation (April 28, 2023 - April 28, 2025), Bach Dang walking street and night market have affirmed their own attraction and become a part of the life of Hai Duong city people, leaving a strong impression on tourists. This is a great effort of the organizers because many places have formed walking streets but have not been able to maintain them.
