Ta Phin: Propagating employment policies for people

On November 14, the Provincial Employment Service Center (facility 2) coordinated with the People's Committee of Ta Phin commune to organize a conference to communicate policies and provide consultation and job introduction for 60 people in Chu Lin 2 village.

At the conference, people were introduced to policies such as: Vocational training, job creation; support for workers, especially female workers, people with disabilities, ethnic minorities; employment services; rights and obligations of workers according to the Labor Code.

Distribute leaflets promoting policies related to labor and employment to people attending the conference.

In particular, people are provided with information on labor recruitment needs and welfare policies of domestic and foreign enterprises; and are also guided on forms of support and job referrals when needed.

According to the plan, in 2025, Ta Phin commune strives to create new jobs for nearly 160 workers. Thanks to effective propaganda and job introduction, many local workers have found jobs at domestic enterprises or exported labor, actively contributing to poverty reduction and improving people's lives.
